What we do
The first point of contact for all Wichita State University faculty, staff, student
and alumni technology support requests
Support all university-owned computers in offices, labs, and classrooms
Support approved departmental applications
Provide quotes and recommendations for new technology hardware/software for faculty
and staff.
Provide various ERP (Banner), MyTraining, Microsoft, Adobe, and the growing number
of related applications for faculty and staff.
Provide instructional guidelines for the numerous university-wide applications.
Maintain contracts with various software vendors and track campus software licensing.
