The Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) program at Wichita State University prepares students for professional practice through rigorous coursework and immersive clinical experiences. The program offers two admission pathways: a traditional graduate entry pathway for students who have completed a bachelor’s degree, and an accelerated 3+2 option for qualified undergraduate students. Admission is selective, and requirements vary slightly based on the pathway selected.
These deadlines apply to the traditional graduate entry pathway.
All MSAT students, including those in the Graduate Entry and Accelerated (3+2) pathways, begin in the program in the summer term.
Accelerated students follow a separate internal timeline.
Both applications must be completed for full consideration.
