Shocker Printing Solutions is committed to delivering exceptional products and services to the university community. Place a printing order

Shocker Printing Solutions provides digital printing and copy services, including black-and-white and full-color digital printing and copying, and bindery services for the university, including cutting, padding, punching, coil binding, comb binding, folding, saddle stitching, stapling and laminating.

Deliveries are made daily on the main campus and order pickup is available in Morrison Hall, Room 011.

Office Supplies

  • We maintain a small inventory of office supplies, including paper, envelopes and WSU logo items
  • All other items are ordered directly from the office supply vendor, Office Plus of Kansas
  • If you need a log-in for Office Plus, please email them at wsu.orders@officeplusks.com
  • All Office Plus orders and Access Systems auto-replenish toners are delivered to Shocker Printing Solutions and we provide delivery to the campus community

  • Submit a TDX ticket to request service for copiers on this program

Toner Auto-Replenishment Program

Service levels

Most standard print jobs are scheduled for production within 3–5 business days. Specialty products require additional production time and are subject to the following minimum service standards:

  • Stickers: 5 business days
  • Yard Signs: 5 business days
  • Banners: 5 business days
  • Apparel: 10 business days
  • Buttons: 10 business days
  • Canvas: 10 business days

These service standards represent the minimum production time for most orders. Actual turnaround times may vary based on the quantity ordered, job complexity, finishing requirements, material availability, and current production workload. Larger quantities or more complex jobs may require additional production time. Estimated completion dates will be provided when your order is placed.

Rush fees

Rush orders are requests for completion in less than the applicable service standard or requests that require production schedules to be adjusted in order to meet a customer's requested deadline. Rush fees may apply whenever existing work must be reprioritized or additional resources are required to accommodate an accelerated schedule.

Rush fees are assessed as follows:

  • Orders requested less than 48 hours below the applicable service standard: 20% of the total invoice or $25.00, whichever is greater.
  • Orders requested less than 24 hours below the applicable service standard: 30% of the total invoice or $35.00, whichever is greater.

Shocker Printing & Promo Solutions reserves the right to determine when a job qualifies as a rush order based on the requested delivery date, order quantity, production complexity, finishing requirements, and current production schedule.
