My name is Jazmine Thomas, and I’m a current graduate student at Wichita State University.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience at Xavier University of Louisiana in
New Orleans. At WSU, I’m pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
and am in my third semester. Right now, I tutor chemistry, organic chemistry, biology,
and Spanish, and I’m also open to tutoring genetics and psychology. When it comes
to tutoring, I typically take a more democratic approach. I enjoy taking feedback
from tutees and implementing that into our tutoring plan and goals as we move forward.
I’m always open to different perspectives, and I have no problem pivoting if the current
approach doesn’t seem helpful.
