How to pay for a parking citation

Payment by mail or in person

We encourage you to use electronic check payments (see instructions for online payment). If you wish to pay your parking citation by mail or in person, please make sure to write your printed name, address, phone number and myWSU ID on all checks.

  • Make a payment in person (cash or check only): Parking Services Building, one building south of the University Police Department (previous Campus Credit Union building); front desk or drive thru payments accepted.
  • Make a payment by mail (check only): Wichita State University, Attn: Parking Services, 1845 Fairmount Street, Wichita, KS 67260-0306

Note: Make check payable to Wichita State University.

Parking citation online payment

A parking citation (i.e. parking in wrong area, license plate not visible, etc.), must be paid immediately or an appeal must be received within 20 calendar days from the date the citation was issued. To make your payment online, you will need to use a debit/credit card or USA bank account (checking/savings) and follow these steps:

If the citation you are wishing to pay is shown as $0.00, you may see an error message because it has been transferred to your Student Account Suite. The date that appears in your Student Account Suite is the date the ticket was moved, not the date the citation was issued.

Process for students/faculty/staff

  1. Log in to your myWSU portal
  2. Click on the Parking ePermits icon located in the upper right corner.

Once in your portal:

  1. Click Wichita State myWSU Sign In (if needed)
  2. Under Quick Links click Pay Citation and select the citation
  3. Click CheckOut
  4. Click Proceed to Citation Payment and you will be redirected to a new browser window (if the page doesn't load, check your pop-up blocker settings)
  5. Select a payment method and continue through the steps to complete your payment

Process for visitors

  1. Log in to https://wichita.t2hosted.com/
  2. Under Quick Links click Pay Citation and select the citation
  3. Click CheckOut
  4. Click Proceed to Citation Payment and you will be redirected to a new browser window (if the page doesn't load, check your pop-up blocker settings)
  5. Select a payment method and continue through the steps to complete your payment

Visitors

If you receive a parking citation as a visitor to campus who purchased a parking permit, an email will be sent to the email address you provided when setting up your visitor permit.

A visitor (someone not affiliated with WSU) who receives a parking citation will receive a bill in the mail which can be paid online using the instructions above or you can pay by mail.
