Courtney has been an HR Business Partner for Research Administration and Industry & Defense Programs since April 2024. Her journey with Wichita State University began as a little girl, attending basketball games with her grandparents and cultivating a deep love for the Shocker spirit. She channeled this passion into her academic life, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from WSU.
Courtney has worked in HR in the finance, legal, healthcare, and aerospace industries. Today, she integrates her Shocker pride into her career in Human Resources, bringing a personal touch and a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment.
