Stories4Hope is a collection of inspiring stories of mental wellness and recovery.
As part of the #WeSupportU campaign from Counseling and Psychological Services, Stories4Hope promotes the wellbeing of those at WSU by highlighting individuals with mental illness who have found hope and healing within their lives. Stories can be told through written articles or video. Students, faculty and staff are all welcome to participate.

We are always looking for uplifting mental health stories. If you would like to share your story of mental wellness and recovery, we would love to hear it. Feel free to submit your story idea by clicking on the button below. After you submit the form, someone from CAPS will reach out with more information. Thank you for your willingness to share and show others that hope is possible.
CAPS, located in the Steve Clark YMCA and Student Wellness Center, offers individual, couple, and group therapy and campus wide prevention efforts to help support student mental wellness.
