Test Information Form

NOTE: Submitting this form will send the details to the OSAT Testing Center. The course information will not become available in Register Blast until after an OSAT staff member enables the option. Please send your instructions at least three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled exam for your course(s). The exam file should also be attached to the TIF or delivered to OSAT at least three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled exam. If the form and exam are not shared with OSAT in a timely manner, the delay in testing details may result in a tester rescheduling for a later time or day. We appreciate your proactivity and look forward to working with you to ensure a smooth intake process for all WSU students!

We do our best to return exams within 24 hours-however, there may be delays during heavy testing times.

<p><strong>Please remind students:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL EXAMS.</strong> Direct students to<a href="https://www2.registerblast.com/WSU/Exam/List"> www.RegisterBlast.com/wsu</a> to schedule appointments. Please do not advise students to walk-in without an appointment. Only appointments <strong>made by students</strong> online&nbsp;will be honored. We no longer accept walk-ins under any circumstances.&nbsp;</li> <li>There is a $20 fee for taking a test with the Office of Student Accommodations &amp; Testing <em>unless</em> the student is registered for accommodations. Payment is made online at the time the appointment is scheduled. We do not accept payments of any kind in office.&nbsp;</li> <li>Photo ID is required to test (Shocker ID card, driver&rsquo;s license, employer ID, passport)</li> <li>Our testing hours are Monday-Friday from 8:15am &ndash; 5:00pm. Students should allow themselves enough time to complete the exam prior to the end of testing hours. All exam sessions will end at 5:00pm.</li> <li>We are located in the Shocker Success Center, Suite 118 on the first floor, east end of the building.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
