How to get started

Students

Student ADA Mobility Accommodation Request Form

  • Schedule Your Ride. Call or text us for scheduling a ride at (316) 895-0606.
  • That's it! Sit back, relax, and let us get you where you need to go on campus.

Faculty/Staff

  • Register. Sign up through the Office of Human Resources - Total Rewards either online or at leaveadmin@wichita.edu. Verification of need may be required.
  • Schedule Your Ride. After working with the Total Rewards team on your temporary accomodation you can call or text us to schedule a ride at (316) 895-0606.
  • That's it! Sit back, relax, and let us get you where you need to go on campus.

If you require mobility assistance to and from classes due to a mobility limitation, please complete the ADA Mobility Accommodation Request Form. Be sure to provide all required information and fill the form out as accurately as possible. Additionally, please attach a copy of your current class schedule, or a list of the classes you will need assistance getting to and from. We would like to pre-schedule rides to classes or meetings,

Mobility accommodations are provided through the use of golf carts operated by Transportation Services staff.
