Large Group Requirements

It is required that when a group of 100 or more will be using the building that the Wichita State University Police Department is notified. Notification can be done by sending an email to police@wichita.edu. The following should be provided in the email:

• The name of the group 
• A contact for the group along with contact number (preferably cell phone number)
• Size of the group
• The time of the event
• The duration of the event
