Wichita State University
The Shocker City Partnership grants resident tuition rates to students from specific metropolitan areas in Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas, making the cost of attending Wichita State significantly less than out-of-state tuition. No forms to fill out. Once you're admitted to WSU, you're eligible for the discount.
