Shocker City Partnership

Shocker City Partnership

Residents of selected major metropolitan areas in Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas are eligible to receive regular in-state tuition. Shocker City Partnership undergraduate students save about $10,625 each year, while Shocker City Partnership graduate students save about $9,175 each year.

Shocker Select

The Shocker Select program offers a 33 percent discount on out-of-state tuition to residents of Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas. Shocker Select undergraduate students save about $6,750 each year, while Shocker Select graduate students save about $6,025 each year.

Midwest Student Exchange Program

Midwest Student Exchange

The Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) offers 33 percent off out-of-state tuition to residents of Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio and Wisconsin who meet the program's qualifications for major, test score and GPA. MSEP undergraduate students save about $6,750 each year, while MSEP graduate students save about $6,025 each year.

Legacy Tuition Discount Program

Legacy Tuition

If you are a nonresident who pays out-of-state tuition rates and your parent, step-parent, legal guardian, grandparent or step-grandparent graduated from WSU with an associate, bachelor, master or doctoral degree, you are eligible to receive regular in-state tuition. Legacy undergraduate students save about $10,625 each year, while legacy graduate students save about $9,175 each year.

Veterans / Active Duty Military
