Poster Presentation: The posters will be displayed on tables, so make sure that the posters are in free-standing
(or tri-fold posters). Space is limited, so the posters, as displayed, must be no
more than 48” wide. In-house electricity will not be available, so students should
provide their own batteries if electricity is necessary for the poster presentation.
Students should be stationed at his or her poster during the viewing session. Posters
should be set up before the viewing session. Posters must be the work of the student
or student group, and no copyrighted materials may be used.
Oral Presentation: Presenters may opt for a 10 minute oral presentation. A PowerPoint is required, and
must be submitted with your abstract, or you can request a later delivery date are
possible on a case by case basis. If you have questions about the Oral Presentation
