The Therapy Process

Intake Session: Your first appointment allows your clinician to get to know you, understand what you're experiencing, and clarify your goals for therapy.

Treatment Planning Session: In your second session, your clinician will share their understanding of your concerns and present a personalized treatment plan. This is a collaborative process—your feedback is essential to ensuring therapy aligns with your wants and needs.

Ongoing Therapy Sessions: Following your treatment planning session, you'll typically meet with your clinician weekly or biweekly. These sessions focus on your goals and working together to help you create the life you want to live.

The length of therapy varies based on individual needs and goals. Your clinician will work with you throughout the process to ensure you're making progress and feeling supported.
