Secret Course

2021 Secret Course

Not a scary course, just a secret one.

Test your robot skills on a breathtaking circuit but take care not to fall off the curve.

NOTE:  In order to achieve the highest score possible, you will be required to transport a 1”x2”x2” block with you along the course.  So, plan ahead!

This course will be required for all Expert level teams.  (Intermediate level teams may choose to run this course as one of their three courses.)

While a secret course sounds scary, this is a course that can be conquered by Expert and Intermediate level teams.  Many Beginner and Beginner II level teams could also score well.

 Important points to remember:

• All teams will see the course for the first time on Competition Day, March 7th. No photos or drawings will be released.
• The skills you have practiced for your other courses will work on this course.
• While achieving 1000 points may take some work, all teams should do well with little difficulty.

Don’t let this course scare you, consider it a challenge to see a course in the morning and program for success throughout the day.  Let’s see what our young people can do!

All members of teams which score on the Secret Course will receive a special brick for their nametag! (Design subject to change of the brick.)
