Career Ready Journey

The career journey is not a simple linear path with a beginning and an end. Our goal is to help you develop skills so that you will feel confident in your ability to navigate your personal career journey.

The Career Ready Journey is broken down into three phases: Know, Experience, and Act. You will cycle through these phases at least once during your time at WSU.

In each phase, you will be building skills to help you navigate each phase of the journey. The skills you are building are: Self Assess, Explore & Connect, Communicate Your Value, and Find Your Fit.
