At Wichita State University, the Student Government Association is not just a governing body, it is a powerful platform for student leadership, bold ideas, and real impact. Our motto is more than words; it is a promise to champion the voices, needs, and dreams of every Shocker.
By serving in SGA, students step into meaningful leadership roles where they can influence policies, elevate student concerns, and help shape the future of our campus. Representatives sit at key decision‑making tables across the university, ensuring that student perspectives are not only heard but drive change.
SGA is led by students, for students, committed to advocacy, innovation, and the issues that matter most to our community. If you are ready to make a difference, amplify student voices, and grow as a leader, now is the perfect time to declare for office and be part of something bigger.
