Presentations
HR Total Rewards will present changes for the 2027 plan year during both in-person rpresentations in the RSC, and live virtual presentations in Microsoft Teams. There will be time available for Q&A following the presentation.

The HR Total Rewards team will not have availability to assist walk-in traffic in the HR Office or to schedule individual appointments or one-on-one consultations. If the presentations do not provide the information or answers you are looking for please email TotalRewards@wichita.edu as this is the quickest way to get the answers you need.

- Life Insurance Beneficiary Form (KBOR)
- Life Insurance & Retirement Beneficiary (KPERS)
- Optional Life Insurance Enrollment Form - return to HR office by October 30th
- Optional Life Insurance Rates:
Completed forms can be sent to HR Total Rewards:
- through campus mail at campus box 15,
- faxed to (316) 978-3274,
- sent via DropBox –by email to TotalRewards@wichita.edu for further assistance
- Completed forms that do not contain personal information, such as your social security number, can also be emailed to TotalRewards@wichita.edu
