Payton Morgan, a Computer Science graduate, has transitioned from his role at Textron's Help Hangar to become an IT Business Partner at Spirit AeroSystems. In this position, Payton bridges the gap between IT and business, addressing problems, communicating needs, and ensuring a mutual understanding between both groups. Payton credits Ennovar with providing a foundational start to his career.

"Ennovar created a space that allowed me to find life long friends while also giving me my first taste of the corporate world. Without Ennovar I wouldn’t be the person I am today and I definitely wouldn’t have been as prepared as I was when entering corporate America," he says.

He particularly enjoyed the varied daily interactions and problem-solving opportunities at Ennovar. "Getting to interact with the various people who came in needing support while also being in a space where every day was different. Being presented with a new problem to solve every day made things exciting, and the culture of teamwork that was created made it fun," Payton recalls.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Payton enjoys playing video games and cards, working out at the gym, and longboarding during the warmer months.
