Chazni Caesar began her career with Ennovar in 2017, marking the beginning of a transformative career path that spanned two years. Throughout her time with Ennovar, Chazni assumed several different roles. First, she was a Level 1 Customer Service Representative / Technician at Textron, providing in-house IT Support. She then moved on to working at NetApp in Quality Assurance. Finally, she circled back around to Textron, working as a Jr. Manager, where she oversaw the daily duties of Ennovar team members.

Working for Ennovar had an amazing impact on Chazni. Being her first corporate job, she had the opportunity to learn from exceptional mentors and work with a close-knit team. "I am still good friends with many of the people I worked with at Ennovar... I had the opportunity to advance and grow my knowledge, learning skills I still utilize today in my current career". 

With a deep appreciation for travel and learning, Chazni made the bold choice to pursue a Master's degree in London. She has now been there for over two years, studying and working as a Change and Adoption Specialist. At her current job, she assists her organization with Change Management projects to support the successful integration of new digital technologies. She also assists with upskilling end-users.
