SUMMARY:'You on the Moors Now'
DESCRIPTION:You on the Moors Now is about four literary heroines of the nin
eteenth century set conventionalism ablaze when they turn down marriage pr
oposals from their equally famous gentlemen callers. What results is a con
fluence of love\, anger\, grief and bloodshed\, as the ensemble struggles
to reconcile their romantic destinies with their modern ideas of courtship
. Everything you’ve learned about love from the pages of Pride and Preju
dice\, Wuthering Heights\, Jane Eyre\, and Little Women is turned upside d
own in this grand theatrical battle royale.\nIn Jaclyn Backhaus’ sharp l

independence are brought into conflict with the rigid strictures of Victor
