Student Ambassador Society (SAS) enhances the image of Wichita State University by
participating in various outreach programs. As a service organization, SAS members
work alongside the Office of Admissions to discuss the benefits of a university experience,
especially at WSU, by sharing their experiences as WSU students. SAS also hosts student
and non-student VIPs while they're on the WSU campus.

While the admissions staff are happy to answer questions as you feed them to us, we
want to make sure you know we welcome you cutting out the middle-people. If you want
the real-deal, inside scoop of what it’s like to be a Wichita State student, we’ve
got the platform just for you.
Our Student Ambassador Society is poised and ready to answer your questions about
student life, living in the dorms, how to engage with faculty, how to land that internship
and much more. We invite you to lob them a question about anything. What are you curious
about? Class sizes? Best study spots on campus? Why should you get a job during your
first year as a Shocker? What’s the best place to park on campus at 9 a.m. on a Monday?
We can confirm that our student ambassadors are volunteers who are simply dedicated
to giving you all the dish you need on the student experience at Wichita State. So
utilize our wichita.edu/asksas site today and drop them a line about what you’d like to learn more about.
