Internal controls help keep our resources applied to our mission and the university's arrow pointing up!

Everyone has a role in internal control. Those earning the WSU Internal Control All-Star digital credential have demonstrated their understanding of their vital contribution to the university's internal control system. President Muma recently recognized the Internal Control All-Stars with his Rick Rewards for January 2024.

The Internal Control All-Stars recently met for coffee, fellowship, and to hear a few words from President Muma on what turned out to be a cold, wet, and windy Monday morning.

While the foul conditions prevented some from attending as planned, 35 hearty All-Stars made it nonetheless!

The mix of individuals in our group picture perfectly illustrates how responsibility for internal controls extends up, down, and across the university's organizational chart!
