These credits allow students pursuing the 60-credit-hour clinical mental health counseling degree to meet the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) requirement of: having a degree in counseling and completing all required KSDE assessments for school counseling licensure.

  • Admission to the program

    This certificate is open to students currently enrolled in the counseling program’s clinical mental health counseling degree track or non-degree A status students returning to complete the school counselor licensure requirements. All Graduate School policies related to admission will apply to students admitted under non-degree A status.
