Universal Robot 10e (UR 10e)
This UR 10e is a collaborative robot with a payload capacity of 10 kg and a reach of 1300 mm. It is mounted on a ProFeeder base that is portable for ease of use. It is well suited for a wide range of applications in machine tending, packaging, and palletizing.
DaVinci MiniMaker 3D Printer
This 3D printer uses a print technology of Fused Fillament Fabrication (FFF). Its positioning precision are X/Y 12.5 microns and Z 0.001 mm with the maximum moving speed of 120 mm/s. Its layer resolution is 100-400 microns. It is an entry-level 3D printer that is reliable, easy to use, and safe for training.
Siemens Simatic IOT 2000
This IOT device extracts data from a variety of industrial devices and electronics. It can easily and safely connect machines and plants to the internet or cloud and thereby help factories accommodate more efficient, transparent, vertically integrated, and agile processes.
Siemens S7-1200 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
The Industry-4.0 lab houses six S7-1200 PLCs used for engineering courses and research projects. An S7-1200 PLC has 14 digital inputs, 10 digital outputs, 2 analog inputs, and 2 analog outputs. It provides flexibility and power to control variety of industrial devices and processes for automation needs.
SICK Ranger Camera
This SICK Ranger is a 3D vision camera that can capture 35,000 3D profiles/s. Its grayscale resolution is 1,536 pixels and the scatter resolution is 1,536 pixels. High-speed and high-resolution measurements make it ideal tool for quality inspection, automated robot guidance, and part recognition.
